ADVANCED BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
This class is open to all BJJ students with a rank of White Two or above.

Concentrating on ideas and concepts rather then techniques. This class is run by Adam Metcalf and is an additional class to the syllabus offered by The Academy.


The cost of this class is $2.50, and runs every Thursday.

This is an open class that covers both Gi and No-Gi work. You can bring problems with your game into this class and the group will brain storm on solution finding and answers.

Ideal for the more advanced student, this class is one not to miss!
