Open mat sessions at The Academy.

OPEN MATS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Open Mats at The Academy run twice a week. These sessions are not classes but more an open invitation for people to come and wrestle each other in a friendly environment.

Open to all schools and members of other grappling styles, this is a great place to practice your new techniques, expand your game and get some fitness and conditioning in.

The Mats are monitored by the senior coaches who normally jump in and roll as well.

The open mats are $11.00 to non members and $5.50 for BJJ Australia members.
