Our Introduction program is built on the back of our 'cutting edge'
adult martial arts program.
We deliver maximum results in quick time. The Introduction
program will give you fast results in the shortest possible
time. There
is no fancy movements, no fixed routines and no time wasting
methods.
We will take you to a new level of fitness and confidence,
making the training fit the individual whilst making new friends
along the way.
You can start in any one of our Beginner Classes start improving your fitness,
flexibility as well as conditioning. When you feel you are ready, take the
next step and head into one of our “Intermediate Level classes.
All the “Introduction Program” classes are designed to take you
to the next level in the quickest time possible. Invest in yourself and enjoy
the high standards of coaching we offer.
