The Academy offers various classes that are designed to get you
fit and fast! Working in our
Kickboxing
for fitness classes,
you will get that increase in stamina, start to drop the body
fat and look and feel better!
The classes are a mixture of men and women, all at a basic skill and fitness
level. You can work at your level to get your desired results. Coaches will monitor
the class to make sure that your technique is correct.
How many classes can I attend?
The Academy runs fitness classes 6 days a week, during the evening as well
as during the day and also Saturday. For one low monthly fee, you can attend
as many as you like!
