KICKBOXING FOR FITNESS
Getting started in any martial arts / fitness program is always hard.
At The Academy we have a “kickboxing for fitness” program specially designed and instructed to help ease you into the fitness, conditioning and techniques that kickboxing workouts will take you through.
Suitable for the absolute beginner to the experienced practitioner this class runs through basic kickboxing techniques and training methods to create an awesome fat loss, body tone and fitness workout.\
This class starts with a warm up consisting of skipping push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises and lunges to get the blood pumping. You are then paired up and using your own or the Academy supplied gloves, pads and shields instructed as to what training technique or kickboxing combinations are to be worked.
If you’re after a fun fast paced fitness work out, which teaches you basics of kickboxing, gets you in great shape and helps blow away the day’s frustrations, then look no furtherthis is the class for you.
