Shooto is back!
The date has been confirmed, the next Shooto Class C event will be held on the 7th of March at Arena Martial Arts.
Shooto Class C is an amateur event that allows novice fighters to enter the MMA circuit in a controlled environment.
Basic Rules are modified Muay Thai from Standing with take downs and throws, once it hits the ground, it becomes a straight grappling match with no strikes.
Participants wear protective gear such as head gear, MMA gloves, shin gear, groin guard and mouth guard.
If you are keen to enter this event, you need to do both the Level 1 MMA class as well as the level 2 class on Saturday with Nathan and Niall.
